Site Development:
Evergreen Terraces. Evergreen Terraces is a 7,000 sf office building located in downtown Evergreen. PPE prepared the Site, Grading and Erosion Control, Drainage, Utility, Lighting and Parking Plans for a Jefferson County Grading Permit. The project included a stormwater detention facility and off-site access improvements.
Conifer Business Center. Conifer business Center is an 8 acre commercial development proposed at US 285 and Pleasant Park Road. PPE is currently working on the Site Development Plan for the first two of five building sites. PPE's work includes preparing the Site Plan, Grading and Erosion Control Plan, Civil Construction Plans, Phase III Drainage Report, Lighting Plan, Parking Plan and coordination with CDOT for access. Construction of the project is anticipated in the Fall of 2008.
Superior RV & Boat Storage. Superior RV & Boat Storage is a 3 acre parcel in Douglas County for the storage of recreational vehicles. PPE developed the Site Plan, Grading and Erosion Control Plan, Phase III Drainage Report and Stormwater Detention, Lighting Plan and Parking Plan.
Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control:
PPE has prepared over 100 Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans complete with driveway designs for new residential development for County Grading Permits. Notable projects are as follows:
South End Road Duplexes, Kittredge. Included 600 LF of private drive and two stormwater detention ponds to serve seven duplexes.
Lot 5 Thunderbowl Lane, Snowmass Village. Included Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control and underground site drainage for a ski-in, ski-out property at Aspen Highlands.
Happy Hill Road Duplexes, Evergreen. Included 1,200 LF of private drive to serve three new residential properties.
Whistling Elk Drive, Littleton. Included 900 LF of private drive and a stormwater detention pond to serve a new residence plus a barn and corral.
Water and Wastewater Utility Design:
Village Road Sewer Line. PPE performed design, bidding and construction administration services for approximately 3,800 LF of 15" sanitary sewer line for the Granby / SilverCreek Water and Wastewater Authority.
Fairways Lift Station / DeBerard Draw Outfall. PPE performed design and CDPHE Site Approval the Fairways Lift Station sized to serve 87 residential units in the vicinity of the SolVista Basin Ski Area in Granby. The Project consisted of the design of a lift station, 5,100 LF of 8" and 15" sewer main, and 2,000 LF of 4" force main.
Zone 2 WST and Water Transmission Main. PPE performed the site design of a new 750,000 gallon water storage tank and pipeline design for 3,500 LF of 12" water main to serve over 1,000 residential unity on the east mountain of the SolVista Basin Ski Area in Granby.
Water System Modeling:
Winter Park West Water and Sanitation District. PPE has developed the hydraulic model for system analysis for the Winter Park West Water and Sanitation District.
